I was on youtube and I came upon a cool channel called Lavendaire and the girl who runs the channel is going a challenge called get your life together. This challenge has 8 categories to it and I thought it would be a fun way to start off the new year by doing one of these challenges a week and telling you guys about how they went.
My sleep schedule was horrible! I would go to bed anywhere between 11pm-2am and I would wake up around 10am-11am. I used to wake up everyday at 5:30am when I went to public school and I am so confused of how I ever did that. So for the next 5 days, I’m gonna try to go to bed at 11:30 and wake up around 7:30.
Day 1, Saturday:
Friday night I went to bed around 12:30am and I woke up around 7:30am, which was great! I went grocery shopping with my mom, ran an errand, we took down our Christmas decorations so I kept busy during the day and I wasn’t tired at all and I went to bed around 12am.
Day 2, Sunday:
I woke up at 7:28 two minutes before my alarm which was great, I kept busy all Sunday again. I ended up falling asleep around 11:40 which was nice.
Day 3, Monday:
I woke up around 6:40 on my own, but it was New Year’s Eve. So, I decided to sleep in until 10am so I could have enough rest to stay up tonight. I ended up going to bed around 2-3am.
Day 4, Tuesday:
I don’t even know when I woke up this day, but it was late. I actually spent the whole day in bed resting and relaxing. I fell asleep around 11:40pm which I was surprised by because I had been lazy all day.
Day 5, Wednesday:
I woke up around 10:30am which was good better than the day before. Then I went to bed around 11:30-12.
Overall, I sucked this week at getting my sleep schedule back on track. I did pick a really bad week to do this though. Doing this around the new year was not a smart idea but I still did it.
I hope you enjoy and this gives you some inspiration to try to get your sleep schedule back on track.
